Mercier Consultancy is seeking a motivated Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Sports Equipment Department in Athens, Greece. In this key Junior position, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to sports equipment products and services.
Your fluency in Italian will enable you to effectively communicate product details, manage orders, and provide timely resolutions to customer concerns, ensuring a superior customer experience. You will play an essential role in promoting the brand’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction within the sports equipment market.
Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat for sports equipment inquiries
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and returns
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Collect customer feedback to inform continuous service and product improvements
• Stay current on the latest trends and product developments in the sports equipment sector
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, preferably in retail or sports equipment, is advantageous
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passionate about sports and fitness with a genuine desire to assist customers
• Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM software is a plus
