Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to be looking for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Recruitment Platform - Work In Greece. In this impactful role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking users, assisting them in navigating our recruitment platform and connecting with job opportunities in Greece.

Your fluency in Italian will be essential as you help users with inquiries about job listings, application processes, and utilizing the platform effectively. You will play a crucial role in facilitating positive user experiences and supporting individuals in their quest for career development in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat, regarding recruitment inquiries
• Assist users with navigating the platform, applying for jobs, and understanding application processes
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to address client needs and improve user satisfaction
• Collect and relay feedback from users to enhance platform features and services
• Stay informed about the job market and trends relevant to job seekers in Greece

Requirements:
• Fluent in Italian and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset
