Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce a position for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Real Estate Platform in Greece. In this pivotal role, you will provide outstanding support to our Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to real estate listings, property information, and the purchasing process.
Your fluency in Italian will be essential as you guide clients through our platform, helping them find their ideal properties and answering any concerns they may have during their search. Your contribution will be key to enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering a seamless real estate experience.
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat for real estate inquiries
• Assist customers with property details, availability, and scheduling viewings
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Work closely with real estate agents to ensure accurate and timely responses
• Gather client feedback to continuously improve our platform and services
• Stay informed about the real estate market trends in Greece
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong attention to detail
• Experience in customer service, particularly in real estate or related fields, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a dynamic work environment
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Interest in real estate and a desire to assist clients in finding their dream properties
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
