Mercier Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Property Management Company. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to property management services and tenant needs.
Your fluency in Italian will be essential as you help clients navigate issues regarding property listings, lease agreements, maintenance requests, and general information about properties managed by our team. You will be a key contributor to ensuring a smooth and positive experience for tenants and property owners alike.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat regarding property management inquiries
• Assist clients with questions about available properties, leasing terms, and tenant services
• Manage maintenance requests and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolutions
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system
• Collaborate with property managers to facilitate effective communication between tenants and owners
• Gather customer feedback to enhance our property management services
• Stay updated on real estate trends and property management practices
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to handle diverse inquiries
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in real estate or property management, is preferred
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and inquiries effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in real estate and helping clients achieve their property goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
