Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Online Retail Department, based in Greece. In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers as they navigate our online retail platform and shop for products.

Your fluency in Italian will be crucial as you respond to customer inquiries regarding product details, order status, and online shopping policies. You will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless shopping experience while enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat for online retail inquiries
• Assist customers with questions about product availability, order processing, and returns
• Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with logistics and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Gather customer feedback to inform improvements in our online offerings
• Stay informed about promotions and product launches to effectively assist customers

Requirements:
• Fluency in both Italian and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in online retail or e-commerce, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for online shopping and a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience
