Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Online Education Platform, with the role based in Greece. In this vital position, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers, helping them navigate our comprehensive online learning resources and platforms.
Your fluency in Italian will be critical as you assist clients with inquiries about course offerings, registration processes, and technical support, ensuring they have a seamless experience while pursuing their educational goals.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat regarding online education inquiries
• Assist customers with understanding course details, enrollment processes, and platform navigation
• Provide technical support for users encountering issues with the education platform
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with academic and technical teams to resolve complex inquiries and enhance user experience
• Collect and relay feedback from clients to continuously improve our educational offerings
• Stay updated on the latest trends in online education and technology
Requirements:
• Fluent in both Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong focus on customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in education or technology, is advantageous
• Able to handle multiple customer inquiries effectively
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Passion for education and a desire to help others succeed in their learning journeys
• Familiarity with customer support software and learning management systems is a plus
