Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a unique opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Online Bank in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to their banking needs and online services.
Your fluency in Italian will be crucial as you help clients navigate banking solutions, answer questions regarding accounts, transactions, and online banking services, and ensure they have a seamless and positive experience with our financial products.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat for online banking inquiries
• Assist customers with account information, transactions, and online banking platform functionalities
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and improve the customer experience
• Gather customer feedback on services and relay insights to management for enhancements
• Stay updated on banking regulations and product offerings to provide informed assistance
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, particularly in banking or financial services, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Interest in finance and a commitment to helping customers with their banking needs
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
