Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fulfilling opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's NGO/Non-Profit Organization. In this meaningful role, you will provide critical support to our Italian-speaking stakeholders and community members, assisting them with inquiries related to our programs, services, and initiatives that drive social change and community development.
Your fluency in Italian will be essential as you engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring they have access to the information they need while addressing their concerns with empathy and professionalism. You will play a vital role in facilitating communication and promoting the organization's mission to improve lives.
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat related to NGO services and programs
• Assist clients with inquiries about programs, volunteer opportunities, and resources offered by the organization
• Handle complaints and provide accurate information to stakeholders in a timely manner
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with program teams to ensure thorough understanding of initiatives for effective assistance
• Gather and relay stakeholder feedback to enhance program offerings and service delivery
• Stay informed about the organization’s mission, values, and ongoing projects
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with compassion for community service
• Experience in customer service, especially within the NGO or non-profit sector, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries while providing thorough responses
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine passion for social impact and community engagement
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
