Mercier Consultancy is looking for an enthusiastic Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's IT Support Services team. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with a variety of IT-related inquiries and support needs.

Your fluency in Italian will be essential in delivering clear communication and effective solutions as you help clients troubleshoot issues, navigate IT services, and enhance their overall technology experience. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high service standards within the IT support framework.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat for IT support inquiries
• Assist customers with technical issues, software troubleshooting, and service inquiries
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM and IT ticketing system
• Collaborate with the technical support team to effectively resolve more complex issues
• Educate clients on product features and best practices for technology use
• Gather feedback from clients to improve IT services and support quality
• Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and solutions relevant to our services

Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in IT support or technical roles, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities
