Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's iGaming Company, based in Greece. In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to gaming services, account management, and game-related issues.
Your fluency in Italian will be essential as you help players navigate the iGaming platform, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience. By delivering outstanding customer service, you will contribute to enhancing player satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat regarding iGaming inquiries
• Assist customers with account management, including registration, deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses
• Resolve player issues and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the gaming experience and address player concerns
• Provide information about gaming regulations, promotions, and ongoing events
• Stay updated on the latest trends in the iGaming industry
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, particularly within the gaming or entertainment sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Passion for gaming and dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage
