Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Hotel Reservations Department based in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional service to our Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with their hotel bookings and ensuring a seamless hospitality experience.
Your fluency in Italian will be crucial as you handle inquiries related to reservations, answer questions about hotel amenities, and assist with customer requests. Your dedication to outstanding customer service will help create memorable travel experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
• Deliver excellent customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat regarding hotel reservations
• Assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling reservations efficiently
• Provide information on hotel facilities, rates, and special offers
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Coordinate with hotel partners to ensure guest needs are met and services are delivered smoothly
• Stay informed about the latest travel trends and offerings in the hospitality sector
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or travel industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for travel and a commitment to enhancing customer experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
