In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to innovative health technology solutions.

Your fluency in Italian will be key as you help clients understand product functionalities, troubleshoot issues, and provide essential support regarding their health technology needs. Your commitment to exceptional customer care will contribute to enhancing the overall user experience in the health sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat regarding health technology inquiries
• Assist customers with product information, technical support, and service-related questions
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues effectively
• Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and service quality
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in health technology

Requirements:
• Fluency in both Italian and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive problem-solving mentality
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in health or technology sectors, is preferred
