Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to present an opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Health Products Department, based in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries regarding health products and wellness solutions.
Your fluency in Italian will be essential in helping clients navigate product details, benefits, and our services, ensuring they receive excellent customer care while making informed health decisions.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat regarding health product inquiries
• Assist customers with questions about product availability, usage, and benefits
• Effectively handle order processing, returns, and resolve customer complaints
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and effective issue resolution
• Gather customer feedback to improve our service quality and product offerings
• Stay informed about trends in the health and wellness sector
Requirements:
• Fluent in Italian and English, with strong communication skills. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for health and wellness
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the health or retail sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in health and wellness, committed to assisting customers on their journey
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
