Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Government Services Platform. In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking citizens seeking assistance with various government services and inquiries.

Your fluency in Italian will be essential as you help customers navigate the platform, providing accurate information about services, applications, and requirements to ensure a smooth experience. Your contributions will be crucial in promoting understanding and accessibility of government services to the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat for government service inquiries
• Assist clients with questions about applications, eligibility, and available services
• Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accurate delivery of information and services
• Gather feedback from customers to help improve service offerings
• Stay informed about government services and processes to provide relevant information and guidance

Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to helping the community
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in government or public services, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
