Mercier Consultancy is searching for a motivated Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Fitness & Sports Equipment Department. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to a wide range of fitness and sports equipment.
As a key member of our customer service team, your fluency in Italian will enable you to effectively assist clients with product knowledge, order processing, and any concerns they might have. Your goal will be to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and to foster loyalty to our brand through outstanding service.
Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat regarding fitness and sports equipment queries
• Assist customers with product details, order placements, and returns
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment
• Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve products and services
• Stay updated on fitness industry trends and new product launches
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, with strong communication skills.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Exceptional customer service orientation and a passion for fitness
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in retail or sports equipment, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Enthusiasm for fitness and helping customers achieve their health goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
