Mercier Consultancy is seeking a passionate Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Cybersecurity Company. In this pivotal role, you will provide exemplary support to our Italian-speaking customers, helping them navigate inquiries related to cybersecurity products and services, ensuring their digital safety and security.

Your fluency in Italian will be essential in communicating technical information clearly and effectively, assisting clients with product usage, troubleshooting issues, and addressing their cybersecurity concerns. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and trust in our cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat regarding cybersecurity products and services
• Assist clients with product inquiries, technical issues, and account management
• Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues to ensure satisfaction
• Document customer interactions clearly in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution
• Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve our offerings and service quality
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and product developments to provide informed assistance

Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive problem-solving mentality
• Experience in customer service, particularly in technology or cybersecurity, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in cybersecurity and helping customers protect their digital assets
