Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative with a leading Cloud Services Provider, located in Greece. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to cloud solutions and services.
Your fluency in Italian will be crucial as you address customer questions, provide guidance on the use of cloud products, and ensure a seamless experience for users navigating our services. You will play an integral part in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring that clients can leverage our cloud solutions effectively.
Responsibilities
• Provide top-tier customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat for cloud service inquiries
• Assist customers in understanding product features, benefits, and any technical issues they may encounter
• Process service requests, modifications, and help with troubleshooting
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues efficiently
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service delivery and product offerings
• Stay current on industry trends and product developments in cloud technology
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, with strong communication skills
• Proven customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Experience in customer service, preferably within technology or cloud services
• Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in technology and a passion for helping customers succeed
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
