Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in Italian across multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat
• Educate clients about blockchain technology, our products, and their features
• Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Keep clients updated on new product features and services
• Collect and report customer feedback to improve service delivery
• Cultivate a positive team environment through effective collaboration and communication
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential
