Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative for an Automotive Company based in Greece. In this vital Junior role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to automotive products and services.

Your fluency in Italian will be essential as you engage with clients regarding vehicle specifications, service appointments, and product features, ensuring they receive the information and support they need in a timely manner. By delivering outstanding customer service, you will help enhance the overall customer experience in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat for automotive inquiries
• Assist customers with questions about vehicle models, specifications, and availability
• Handle service appointment scheduling and customer follow-ups
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the automotive team to provide accurate and timely information
• Stay updated on automotive trends and product knowledge to assist clients effectively


Requirements:
• Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive or retail industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in automotive products and a commitment to providing high-quality service
