In this vital Junior role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to automotive products and services.

Your fluency in Italian will be essential as you engage with clients regarding vehicle specifications, service appointments, and product features, ensuring they receive the information and support they need in a timely manner. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat for automotive inquiries
• Assist customers with questions about vehicle models, specifications, and availability
• Handle service appointment scheduling and customer follow-ups
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
