Mercier Consultancy is excited to invite applications for the position of Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Airline Reservations Department, based in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers as they navigate the complexities of flight bookings and travel arrangements.

Your fluency in Italian will be essential in assisting clients with their inquiries about flight schedules, reservations, cancellations, and changes, all while ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience. Your dedication to customer service will greatly contribute to the overall satisfaction and loyalty of our travelers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat for airline reservation inquiries
• Assist customers with bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and courteously
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with airline partners to ensure smooth service delivery and address any operational issues
• Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality and improve processes
• Stay informed about airline procedures, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information


Requirements:
• Fluent in both Italian and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Able to handle multiple inquiries and deliver effective solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with good organisational abilities
• Passion for travel and commitment to providing a positive customer experience
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
