Mercier Consultancy is delighted to announce a new opportunity for an Italian-Speaking Consultant in our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department, based in beautiful Athens, Greece. In this exciting role, you will provide dedicated support and expertise to our Italian-speaking clients as they navigate our Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud computing solutions. Your insights will empower clients to understand our offerings and maximize the benefit of our innovative technologies.

As a consultant, you will conduct training sessions, respond to client inquiries, and troubleshoot any technical challenges that may arise. Your commitment to client success and satisfaction will play a vital role in fostering strong relationships and ensuring successful integration of our services.

Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking clients with inquiries related to SaaS and cloud computing products
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and training to enhance client understanding
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely, effective solutions
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and support requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and improve service offerings
• Stay updated on industry trends to best inform and support clients

Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on excellent customer service
• A basic understanding of SaaS and cloud computing concepts is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer support or consulting is a plus but not required
• A genuine interest in technology and eagerness to learn about cloud solutions is essential
