Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Italian Speaking B2B Sales Specialist to join our proactive sales department in Athens, Greece. This position offers an outstanding opportunity for sales professionals to enhance their expertise within the B2B sector while engaging with Italian-speaking clients.
In this important role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Your ability to understand and address client needs with tailored solutions will be crucial to our continued growth.
Responsibilities
• Identify prospective B2B clients in the Italian market
• Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients
• Conduct industry research to stay abreast of market trends and client preferences
• Present and demonstrate our products and services effectively to potential clients
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and sales objective achievement
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve outcomes
• Represent Mercier Consultancy at industry events and networking functions
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, both oral and written. Clearly indicate your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in a similar industry
• Strong skills in client relationship management and communication
• Excellent presentation and negotiation capabilities
• Analytical mindset to assess client needs and market developments
• Self-driven, motivated, and target-oriented with professional demeanor
• Availability and willingness to travel for client meetings and events
