JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking to hire a sales-driven and results-oriented Sales Account Manager (Italian speaker) to join the FX world and focus on converting high-quality leads into active trading accounts. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, guiding them through the account opening process, explaining our products and services, and ensuring a seamless transition from lead to active client.

Build, retain and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Contact new leads promptly to maximise conversion potential.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, promoting the products of the company.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Adhere all Company’s policies and procedures and client communication guidelines.

Meet monthly individual and team goals.

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the Forex industry.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

6 months - 3 years B2C sales experience, within the Forex / Gaming/ FinTech industry is a must.

Native/Business fluency in Italian and English (written & spoken) is a must.

Sales-driven and self-motivated.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Organised and adaptable.

Familiarity with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5 is an advantage.
