Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative specializing in Consumer Products, based in Athens with fully paid relocation. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and assistance related to a wide range of consumer products.
Your fluency in Italian will enable you to manage customer inquiries efficiently, handle order processes, and resolve any issues while delivering a superior customer experience. Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service in Italian across various channels
• Assist customers with product information, order placement, delivery tracking, and returns
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards timely resolutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Collect and report customer feedback to support continual service improvements
• Stay informed about product updates and market trends in the consumer goods sector
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in consumer products or retail
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
