Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order management
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to address product or service issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices

Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in customer support, preferably within electronics or technology sectors
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer-oriented attitude with professionalism and patience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-based environment
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with fully paid relocation support
