We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven FP&A Analyst to support the financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities of our organization. This role plays a key part in transforming raw data into meaningful insights and supporting strategic business decisions through high-quality dashboards, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and enhance Power BI dashboards and data visualizations in collaboration with the broader FP&A team to support evolving business needs.
• Partner with business units to understand data and reporting requirements, delivering actionable insights through accurate and timely analysis.
• Prepare and deliver standard and ad hoc financial reports for the Finance team and other business stakeholders.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights for nontechnical audiences to inform business strategy and performance tracking.
• Create and maintain key management reports such as KPIs, operational reports, and quarterly finance reports that support effective decision-making.
• Work closely with the data governance team to identify and resolve data quality issues and assist with testing, validation, and ongoing improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with the digital/data engineering team to optimize the underlying data infrastructure and ensure scalability and data integrity.
• Contribute to FP&A-related projects that enhance analytics capabilities, automation, and process efficiency
