As part of Groupe BPCE’s international division, Natixis in Portugal designs and delivers solutions for its two core areas – Corporate & Investment Banking and Asset & Wealth Management – as well as transversal services that support all entities across the Group.

If you’ve pursued a degree in Computer Science or other related fields, here are the key areas where you can apply your knowledge and kickstart your career in IT:

• Development: Immerse yourself in the world of software development. Our teams primarily work with Java or C#, but our tech stack is extensive. Whether you’re a coding enthusiast or looking to broaden your skill set, we have projects that will inspire you and align with your interests.
• DevOps & SysAdmin: If you’re fascinated by the intersection of development and operations, this is your opportunity to learn in a fast-paced environment. Join our DevOps & SysAdmin teams to work on diverse projects that may include Application Support, Quality Assurance or Networks.
• Business Intelligence & Analytics: Become the vital bridge between IT and Baking Teams. If your background is in one of these areas, we’ll equip you with the knowledge and skills to excel in both.
• Cybersecurity: Step into the critical field of Information Security. Join our cybersecurity team to learn how to safeguard our systems and data, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our digital assets
• Data: Delve into the realms of Database, Architecture, Data Engineering or Data Science.

Important Note: The recruitment process for this campaign will take place between May and August 2026. Please do not be concerned if you apply early and are only contacted towards the last months of the recruitment period.

• Must be at least 18 years old;
• Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level);
• Proficiency in Portuguese (minimum B1 level);
• Academic background in Computer Science or other IT-related fields; 
• Availability for a full-time internship (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), with at least 2 days per week at our office. The second season of the Natixis Trainee Program 2026 is scheduled to begin between September and October 2026, so candidates must be available full-time during those months and thereafter.
