Belmont Lavan Ltd is looking for an IT Trader Support Analyst for a 12-month contract to provide essential support to our trading operations. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, assisting traders with IT-related inquiries, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of our trading systems. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Providing first and second-line support for trading systems, helping traders diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Monitoring system performance and proactively identifying potential issues that could impact trading operations.
• Collaborating with IT teams to implement upgrades, patches, and enhancements to trading platforms.
• Documenting incidents, resolutions, and system changes in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Assisting in the training of traders on new systems and tools, ensuring they are equipped to maximize their use.
• Participating in post-incident reviews to identify trends and implement preventive measures.
• Staying updated on industry best practices and trading technologies to provide innovative solutions to our trading teams.

Requirements:
To be eligible for the IT Trader Support Analyst position at Belmont Lavan Ltd, candidates should meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, preferably within a trading or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of trading systems, platforms, and operational workflows.
