Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Central Support division, to oversee all systems, IT and tech support. The successful candidate will have a passion for innovation and a desire to enable increased efficiencies across a multi-disciplinary business.

Key responsibilities:

Streamline all systems and evaluate new technologies across the business to ensure efficiency.

Work in association with our IT provider to maintain, secure and optimize the phone system, mobiles, laptops and tablets.

Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.

Manage the IT budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Implement security protocols, manage backups, file storage, data protection & enforce software licensing laws.

Oversee IT projects, upgrades & new system implementations, ensuring timely delivery.

Provide guidance and training on all IT issues, troubleshoot complex issues and ensure user needs are met.

Strategise with a commercial perspective on tech and AI implementation across the business.

Successful candidates will:

Have experience in an IT/systems role.

Ideally hold a degree or equivalent advanced qualification in IT, computer science or a related field.

Have a passion for innovation and AI technology.

Be approachable, friendly & willing to support.

This position is a full-time role: Monday to Friday, 7:30am until 4:30pm
