IT Team Leader

Cye is looking for an IT Team Leader to lead the IT team and to share the responsibilities for the company's IT infrastructure and user management.

We are looking for a competent IT Manager who is passionate about IT and security in various tech environments. In this position, you will maintain and improve the company's infrastructure, network, user environment, and authentication suite, ensuring the proper function of IT.

Responsibilities :
• Support the company's fast-paced growth, planning, and maintaining best practices for a scaling company.

• Manage all IT systems and network infrastructure in the company.

• Manage all user accounts, licenses, and subscriptions.

• Manage IT equipment, stock, and purchasing.

• Manage day-to-day high-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.

• Manage data backups. Ensure company data security, availability, and integrity.

• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.

• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.

• Work with the security department to ensure secure implementation of all systems and IT processes.

Requirements :
• At least 1 year of experience as an IT Team Leader or similar position in cloud or hybrid companies with experience in information technology and data management.

• Solid understanding of networking and security, including local, distributed, and cloud-based.

• Solid understanding of both on-premises and cloud infrastructure and technology, and experience working with Azure including commercial aspects and governance.

• Good knowledge of SSO concepts and SAML protocol.

• Experience in VM infrastructure management (VMWare).

• Professional experience working with Windows/Linux/MacOS operational systems.

• Experience with firewalls, network switches, and other network equipment management, and firm understanding of network concepts and principles.

• An ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask.

• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• English fluency (reading, writing, speaking).
