At Eldorado.gg, we’re looking for an IT Talent Sourcer who knows how to find those people, spark their interest, and turn a cold profile into a warm conversation.

This role is perfect if you love research, networking, and the thrill of “I found them” - and want to grow deeper into tech recruitment.

👉 BREAKDOWN:

You’ll be the engine behind our IT hiring pipeline:

Proactively source IT talent (developers, engineers, tech specialists) via LinkedIn, GitHub, and other channels;

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles;

Craft personalized, human outreach messages that actually get replies;

Pre-screen candidates and assess technical fit & motivation;

Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers;

Keep our ATS organized with up-to-date candidate data;

Track sourcing metrics and continuously optimize your approach;

Stay curious about IT market trends, roles, and technologies.

👉 SKILLS YOU’LL NEED:

Experience in IT sourcing or recruitment (or strong motivation to specialize in it);

Understanding of IT roles, tech stacks, and terminology;

Confident written and verbal communication in Lithuanian & English;

A research-driven mindset - you enjoy digging, mapping, and connecting dots;

Persistence, curiosity, and attention to detail;

Ability to work with priorities, pipelines, and deadlines;

Growth mindset - you want to learn, test, and get better every month.

👉 GROSS SALARY

€1800 - 2400 gross per month, depending on your experience.
