Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, clean, and service PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Reinstall, upgrade, and configure operating systems in alignment with company security standards and best practices.
Provision, configure, and deploy new IT equipment efficiently, following internal IT policies and onboarding procedures.
Prepare devices for onboarding, securely process equipment for offboarding, and ensure proper data sanitization.
Track IT assets, maintain accurate inventory records, and provide regular reports on asset status.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and peripheral issues in a timely manner.
Implement and monitor system security and compliance standards, ensuring all devices meet Birdseye’s policies.
Collaborate with IT and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve provisioning processes.
Recommend and assist in the procurement of IT equipment, software, and tools to maintain operational efficiency.
Maintain documentation for IT procedures, asset management, and troubleshooting guidelines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in PC, laptop, and peripheral hardware maintenance and repair.
Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and MacOS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to IT security and compliance protocols.
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous equipment deployments efficiently.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to preventing IT issues.
Attendance record of ≥95% (last 6 months).
Advanced English is required.
