Deine Aufgaben:
• Infrastruktur betreiben: Du sorgst für den reibungslosen Betrieb, Wartung und die Weiterentwicklung unserer hybriden IT-Infrastruktur (Netzwerk, VMware, SAN, Backup, Active Directory)
• Microsoft 365 Administration: Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Administration und Optimierung unserer M365-Umgebung inkl. Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams und Azure AD
• Cloud & Security: Mitwirkung beim Ausbau und der Absicherung unserer Cloud- und Infrastruktur-Landschaft – inkl. Konzeption und Umsetzung moderner Security-Maßnahmen (Conditional Access, MFA, Defender, Identity Protection etc.)
• IT-Projekte steuern: Mitarbeit und teilweise eigenständige Leitung von IT-Projekten im Cloud-, Infrastruktur- und Security-Umfeld
• Monitoring & Updates: Du überwachst, pflegst und konfigurierst zentrale IT-Systeme und Dienste - on-premise und cloudbasiert
• Support & Troubleshooting: Du bist erste Anlaufstelle im 2nd-Level-Support, analysierst und behebst komplexe Störungen und unterstützt bei Serviceanfragen

Dein Profil:
• Ausbildung & Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, Informatik-Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 4 Jahre relevante Erfahrung
• Technisches Know-how: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerkinfrastruktur (LAN/WAN, Firewall, VPN), VMware vSphere, Windows Server, Active Directory, SAN, Backup-Strategien und Monitoring Tools
• Microsoft 365 Expertise: Tiefgehende Erfahrung mit der Microsoft 365 Plattform (inkl. Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Endpoint Manager, Azure AD)
• Security Awareness: Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Sicherheitsstandards und -lösungen
• Projektkompetenz: Erfahrung in der Umsetzung oder Koordination von IT-Projekten wünschenswert
• Soft Skills: Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist
• Sprachkenntnisse: Fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
