Job Description

Apt Resources is seeking a skilled IT Systems and Applications Manager to become part of our client's team in Dubai. In this position, you will be tasked with creating, maintaining, and optimizing web applications, as well as managing the systems and infrastructure that support them. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the applications and systems operate effectively, thereby improving user experience and operational efficiency.

Full Stack Development

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the internal CRM system
• Customize CRM business processes, workflows, and features
• Handle backend and frontend development using PHP, JavaScript or jQuery, HTML, MySQL, and JSON
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Ensure data integrity and proper system functionality
• Support and manage company mobile applications, Flutter experience is a plus

Systems and Application Support

• Manage CRM user access, permissions, and system configuration
• Support hosting environments, domains, and basic Linux operations
• Assist with application security, backups, and recovery procedures
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure systems meet business needs

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong hands on experience with PHP, JavaScript or jQuery, HTML, MySQL, and JSON
• Experience managing or supporting IT systems related to applications, such as hosting environments, user access, backups, or basic infrastructure operations
• Basic Linux knowledge
• Experience working on CRM systems or internal business applications
• Mobile application experience using Flutter is an advantage
