Position Title:
IT Systems Analyst

Location:
Fully Remote

General Purpose:
Responsible for analyzing product requirements, creating detailed technical specifications, participating in the design of in-house solutions, and supporting the full development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of high-quality and effective features and products.

Specific Objectives (~12 months):
- Lead the business and technical analysis required to support the successful launch of the new in-house Copy Trading solution.
- Deliver complete, accurate, and development-ready technical specifications for new features within existing trading-related systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation for the systems components and features

Key Activities:
- Elicit, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements from a variety of stakeholders.
- Translate validated requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team, including API integrations, user interface definitions, and logical data models.
- Contribute to the solution design process, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical and user documentation for features and products delivered by the team.
- Proactively identify and manage dependencies, gaps, ambiguities, and risks throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Leverage data to inform requirement analysis, support technical decisions, and enhance product effectiveness.
- Participate in acceptance testing to ensure solutions align with documented requirements.

Key Competences:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a closely related technical role within an IT environment.
- Strong technical knowledge with a deep understanding of complex software systems and their integration points.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, analysis, and validating data against transactional systems.
- Proven experience in creating robust technical specifications and producing clear, actionable artifacts, including API contracts, detailed domain models, and data structures.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience working within Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to proactively engage stakeholders to capture subtle or missing requirements and translate ambiguous needs into concrete technical specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve inconsistencies or conflicts within requirements, ensuring solution quality prior to development.
- Business-level fluency in English (B2 or higher).

Preferred (Advantageous) Qualifications:
- Experience working in the Forex, Fintech, or Cryptocurrency sectors is considered a strong advantage.
