We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to manage and support the technology environment that keeps our operations running smoothly.
Role Overview
The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and support of 1Click’s internal IT infrastructure and software systems. This role supports employees across departments including operations, sales, finance, customer service, and field services.
The position oversees Microsoft 365 administration, NetSuite support, third‑party SaaS platforms, hardware management, and internal IT support while helping implement scalable IT processes as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
IT Systems & Software Administration
Manage and administer Microsoft 365 (users, permissions, security policies, device management).
Administer and support NetSuite ERP, including user roles, permissions, and integrations.
Manage and support key NetSuite SuiteApps and business systems including field service management software, sales platforms, customer support platforms (e.g., Gorgias), and VOIP systems (e.g., Talkdesk).
Monitor system integrations and troubleshoot issues across platforms.
User Access & IT Lifecycle
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including system access provisioning and device setup.
Maintain user roles, permissions, and security policies across all systems.
Administer software licensing and subscription management for company tools and platforms.
IT Infrastructure & Hardware
Manage company hardware procurement, setup, and inventory (laptops, monitors, accessories).
Oversee printer configuration and management across office locations.
Maintain server room infrastructure and internal networking equipment.
Manage internet configuration and network reliability for office locations.
Office IT & Security Systems
Administer office access control systems (key cards / building access).
Ensure office technology infrastructure is secure and functioning reliably.
Help Desk & Technical Support
Serve as the primary IT help desk resource for employees.
Troubleshoot issues related to software systems, hardware, network connectivity, and user access.
Maintain documentation for common issues and IT procedures.
IT Vendor & Asset Management
Manage relationships with IT vendors and software providers.
Oversee procurement and lifecycle management of IT assets.
Monitor and optimize software subscriptions and costs.
Qualifications
Required
3+ years experience in IT systems administration or IT operations.
Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
Experience managing SaaS platforms and software integrations.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and IT infrastructure.
Experience with hardware setup and IT asset management.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Formal IT education or training (college diploma, degree, or relevant certifications in IT, networking, systems administration, or related fields).
Experience with NetSuite ERP administration.
Familiarity with IT security best practices.
