What You’ll Do:  

Microsoft 365 & Cloud Admin

Managing Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange — and keeping them tidy

Writing PowerShell scripts so you only have to do the boring stuff once

Helping with AWS and GCP — access management, provisioning, day-to-day ops

Keeping security and compliance in check across M365

Entra ID Identity & Security

Running user & group management, role assignments, and directory hygiene

Setting up Conditional Access and MFA policies that make sense

Managing app registrations and SSO integrations

Keeping an eye on identity signals and responding when something looks off

Endpoint & Device Management

Deploying laptops and phones via Intune + Windows Autopilot (zero-touch — nice)

Maintaining compliance policies and app deployments across macOS and Windows

Handling the full device lifecycle — onboarding, offboarding, the works

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, remotely and on-site

IT Operations

Handling IT requests through JIRA Cloud — our ticketing system

Keeping asset inventory accurate and up to date

Writing docs and SOPs so knowledge doesn't live only in your head

What We’re Looking For: 

Must-haves:

Some experience with M365 Admin Center and PowerShell

Familiarity with Intune — configuration profiles, compliance, app deployment

Basic Entra ID / Azure AD knowledge — users, groups, conditional access, MFA

Bonus: AWS or GCP exposure (even personal projects count)

Solid troubleshooting skills — remote and in person

Good working knowledge of Windows and/or macOS

Nice-to-haves (genuinely optional):

Windows Autopilot, UniFi / Palo Alto, JIRA admin, AZ-104, AZ-500, Mosyle
