What you’ll be doing:

Providing high-quality IT support across the business, keeping systems running smoothly and securely

Troubleshooting and resolving issues across desktop, server, and network environments

Maintaining and documenting business-critical systems and processes

Managing and delivering IT projects, introducing improvements, and supporting business growth

Helping to upskill and support staff through training and guidance

Keeping your own skills sharp with opportunities for continuous learning and development

What you’ll need:

A collaborative, customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills

Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft desktop & server environments

Solid networking skills (switches, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi).

Knowledge of virtualisation (e.g., Hyper-V) and back-end storage systems

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365; experience with Azure or other providers is a plus

MacOS or Linux experience is a bonus — but not essential.
