Die Arnika Apotheke in Unterhaching umfasst eine öffentliche Apotheke, eine Versandapotheke sowie eine eigene Manufaktur mit Schwerpunkt in der Rezeptur- und Defekturherstellung sowohl im oralen als auch parenteralen Bereich. Mit über 90 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern sind wir eine der größten Apotheken in der Region und bieten hervorragende Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

DEINE AUFGABEN
Unterstützung und Beratung von ca. 100 Usern einer selbstständigen Organisationseinheit in allen IT-Fragen am Standort Unterhaching
Aufbau, Konfiguration, Wartung, Erweiterung und Migration von IT/TK-Infrastrukturen und –Systemen
Betreuung und Pflege von Windows Serverbetriebs-systemen und deren Anwendungssoftware
Mitarbeit in den IT-Projekten
Kontinuierlicher Austausch mit den IT-Spezialisten in der Unternehmensgruppe
Erstellung der notwendigen Dokumentationen
Unterstützung sowie aktive Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätssicherung
DEIN PROFIL
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B. als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation und Erfahrung
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Windows Serverbetriebssystemen (2016/2022/2025), der Virtualisierung (VMware/HyperV/Proxmox) und in der Netzwerktechnik (IPv4, IPv6, Firewalls, DHCP, DNS, vLAN, etc.)
Erweiterte Kenntnisse in Domains, DNS-Verwaltung und E-Mail-Workflows inklusive Antispam
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365/Azure, Microsoft Exchange online, Microsoft SQL, Windows Clientbetriebssystemen und Veeam
Solide Kenntnisse in den Themen Android/iOS/ Telefonanlagen
Hohes Maß an Dienstleistungs- und Servicebewusstsein
Selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
