IT Systemadministration (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:
• Strategic Work: Participate in the development of our IT strategy and implement it as a key member of our team.
• Automation: Automate, maintain, and optimize our internal IT processes.
• IT Infrastructure & Systems: Contribute to the management of hardware, software, and networks. You will ensure the availability, performance, and security of all systems and provide support for Cloud Systems, Atlassian Suite, Google Workspace, and Azure DevOps.
• IT Security: Implement and enforce security measures to protect the company from cyber threats.
• Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand and meet our clients' IT requirements.

Your profile:
• A degree with a focus on Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency with project management software (ideally Jira).
• Experience with Cloud Systems (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (Git, CI/CD).
• Programming skills are an advantage.
• High level of initiative and independence.
• Strong analytical skills for complex issues, paired with excellent communication and teamwork.
• A solution-oriented and structured way of working.
• English language skills: Minimum C1 level (written and spoken).
