Your tasks:
• 1st & 2nd Level Support: Provide user support for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues via phone, remote tools, and in person
• 3rd Level Support: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, coordinate with vendors or escalate as needed
• Administration and maintenance of Windows, macOS clients and server systems, Active Directory, and standard workplace software
• Set up and manage workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other hardware
• Support and manage tools like Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange
• Patch management, backup monitoring, and system updates
• Maintain and improve IT documentation, FAQs, and standard operating procedures
• Participate in IT projects such as rollouts, migrations, or system upgrades
• Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to ensure service quality and process improvements
Your profile:
• Completed vocational training or degree in IT (e.g., IT Specialist, System Integration, or similar)
• Broad IT knowledge (networking, operating systems, hardware, cloud applications)
• Experience in user support and IT operations across 1st–3rd level
• Solid experience with Windows environments (Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies)
• Knowledge with MDM platforms such as Intune (required)
• Experience with Apple device management (macOS/iOS) via Jamf or other tools is a plus
• Familiar with Microsoft 365, Teams, and Exchange Online
• Knowledge of ticketing systems and ITIL-based support processes
• Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and service-oriented mindset
• Fluent in German and English
