IT Support Technician (in-house)

The Role

As a member of the IT Operations Team, you will be part of a Tech organisation and together, we will continuously improve IT to the next level in our global environment. The role contains a lot of responsibilities, such as providing our colleagues with IT equipment, troubleshooting different issues, and helping them by answering their questions about IT services and processes on site. You will also be part of creating value for the whole Netlight and building the IT Services on a global level and the local office as well.

We have IT seated today in Stockholm, Munich, Hamburg and Oslo and you will always be supported by the rest of the team in our day-to-day work and improvements! In this role, you also have the possibility to learn and develop in different areas such as Programming, Project management etc. You have a big room to shape your own role and future!

Who you are :
• As a person we think you are a do:er and a slick problem solver. You are not afraid of taking own initiatives and make them real. We also think that you have a big technical interest and are eager to develop those. You thrive in an environment where you can work independently and in team at the same time!
• You are fluent and confident in spoken and written Swedish and English
• Knowledge of MacOS, Windows, iOS, Android and Office365
• Experience of Active directory and Azure
• Interest and understanding for hardware and network setups
• Meritorious with experience in PowerShell

What you will do :
• Support our colleagues with IT related tasks and maintain IT environment.
• Procurement, inventory, and installation of IT equipment.
• Continuous improvement of our support level in all our offices.
• Support, maintenance and improvement of our systems and services.
• Handle IT orders for our new and current colleagues in the offices and supplier management.
