Your impact:
You will be the strategic bridge who translates business needs into reliable IT solutions. Together with a skilled team of 3 IT Engineers, you will plan and set the future tracks of our IT infrastructure and collaborate with our DevOps team to ensure a secure, reliable, and scalable IT environment.
Your job:
• You’re fluent in the english language as well as "business" to "tech" and can translate vice versa
• You have at least 5+ years of experience within the area of IT and at least 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role
• You have deep knowledge of Windows and MacOS environments, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Solid coordination, communication and crisis management skills
• Good understanding of common Security & Compliance practices
Your challenges:
• Planning and reviewing of OKRs
• Mentor and coach team members, providing performance feedback and identifying opportunities for professional development and skill building.
• Plan, delegate and prioritize our general IT workload
• Liaise issues with large(r) impact with team members, departments & stake holders
• Keep a good overview of our automations and make sure information is well documented
• Support & plan the rollout of new tools, devices, and processes, ensuring smooth adoption by our end-users
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers, ensuring contracts meet organizational needs and cost objectives

• You bring some experience with Project- and Service management
• You are not afraid of tackling larger projects and know how to break them down into smaller, achievable milestones
• You have experience with structuring/restructuring teams to improve efficiency and ensure the right talent is in the right "gear" for the best output.
• You have an eye for improving workflows and processes to eliminate friction and waste.

Other requirements/some practical things we expect from you:
• You’re available for at least 32 hours per week;
• You are willing to come to our Utrecht office for two days/week;
• You have a valid work permit for the Netherlands or EU citizenship;
• You live in (or close to) Utrecht, or are willing to move // You live in the Netherlands.
