• Dokumentation von Supportfällen und Lösungen im Ticketsystem

• Zusammenarbeit mit internen IT-Teams und externen Dienstleistern

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung

• Erfahrung im IT-Support, Helpdesk oder Anwendersupport von Vorteil

• Gute Kenntnisse im Windows-Umfeld und gängigen Office-Anwendungen

• Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und freundliche Kommunikationsweise
