Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage IT assets and updates for mobile devices, servers, switches, firewalls, and computers.
Monitor and enforce cybersecurity policies, perform risk assessments, and respond to incidents.
Administer networks and systems, including Wi-Fi, VPN, Active Directory, and server infrastructure (VMWare, Windows, Linux).
Ensure data backup and disaster recovery readiness, supporting business continuity.
Stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies, recommending improvements for security and efficiency.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years in IT systems and platforms, with strong knowledge of Windows OS, LAN/WAN, and web technologies.
Technical expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining IT hardware/software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
