Position Summary:

Under supervision of the I.T. Manager for daily job assignments, will perform a variety of duties of a routine and recurring nature.  This includes answering incoming calls, entering data, maintaining inventory and basic hardware, installing basic software programs, resolving minor system problems, and performing related work in a technology focused department.

Will work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

Prefer High school graduate or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of computer systems, hardware maintenance, software installation preferred.  Also, experience with keyboards, printers, shredder, copier, 10 key calculator, telephone system, PC’s, scanners, digital camera, multimedia projector preferred.  Excellent communication skills with basic knowledge of English composition, ability to work with numbers accurately and able to understand verbal instructions.  Must also have solid interpersonal skills and the willingness to work as a member of a team.  Must be able to enter information into a computer following a format and have basic understanding of data processing and computer operations.
