IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

What we look for::
• You provide first-level IT support (L1) for our employees on-site and remotely, and act as an escalation point for selected second-level topics (L2).

• You support our team with daily IT-related issues, including hardware, operating systems, applications, and access-related topics.

• You assist with administering and supporting internal tools and systems such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Windows, and macOS.

• You proactively support user and device lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, account setup, and device provisioning.

• You troubleshoot and support Windows and macOS devices as well as mobile devices (iOS and Android).

• You maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation, ensuring transparency and up-to-date records.

• You support IT procurement and the hardware lifecycle, including setup, replacements, and returns.

• You collaborate closely with the internal IT team on daily operations, process improvements, and standardization of IT support.

• You escalate complex issues in a structured way and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT service quality.

What we require::
• You successfully completed an apprenticeship, vocational training, or hold a university degree in the IT field, or you have comparable practical experience.
• You bring ideally at least one year of experience in IT support, service desk, or a similar role (motivated entry-level candidates are welcome).
• You have hands-on experience with Windows and macOS and a solid understanding of IT troubleshooting fundamentals.
• You gained first practical experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune (a strong plus).
• You are familiar with user and device lifecycle management.
• You work in a structured, reliable, and service-oriented manner and have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• You are a team player with a proactive mindset and a high sense of responsibility.
• You speak English fluently (B2 or higher); German language skills are a plus.
• You are willing to work full-time on-site at our Munich office (limited remote work possible).
