Ihre Aufgaben:
• Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support

• Einrichtung, Wartung und Administration von Hard- und Software

• Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten und Endgeräten

• Analyse und Behebung wiederkehrender IT-Störungen

• Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern

Ihr Profil:
• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung

• Praxiserfahrung im IT-Support oder in der Systembetreuung

• Serviceorientierte und lösungsfokussierte Arbeitsweise

• Gute Kenntnisse gängiger Betriebssysteme und Office-Umgebungen

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
