Deine Aufgaben:
• 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für internationale IT-Anwender
• Annahme und Bearbeitung von Störungen und Anfragen via Ticketsystem, Telefon und E-Mail
• Klassifizierung und enger Austausch von komplexen Anfragen mit den 3rd-Level-Support
• Erstellung von Anwenderdokumentationen in der Knowledge Base
• Durchführung von Endanwenderschulungen
• Installation und Wartung von Clientsystemen (Desktop, Laptop, mobile Geräte)

Dein Profil:
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
• Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Produkten, besonders Office365
• Erste Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Dokumentationen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Serviceorientiert, teamfähig und strukturiert
• Eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
