As an IT Support Specialist, you are part of the global Workplace & Service Desk team and work as a local member of the Belgrade support team at SMG Swiss Marketplace Group d.o.o. You support employees across the company by providing reliable, structured, and user focused IT support in daily operations within a global setup.

The role combines global first level support with local onsite support for the Belgrade office. The focus of the position is on ticket based support, direct user interaction, and hands on workplace assistance.

What will you do?

• You handle incoming incidents and service requests and ensure they are properly recorded, prioritized, and processed in the ticketing system until resolution.
• You provide global first level support for workplace related topics such as hardware, software, and connectivity issues and escalate tickets when required.
• You deliver local onsite support in the Belgrade office, including device setup, troubleshooting, meeting room and AV support, and general workplace technology assistance.
• You communicate clearly and transparently with users and work closely with colleagues within the Workplace & Service Desk team to ensure smooth handovers and consistent support quality.
• You contribute to a stable support operation by identifying recurring issues and supporting improvements in documentation and daily support practices.

What should you bring?

• You are fluent in English and German, with German language skills at a minimum B2 level.
• You have experience in IT support, service desk, or workplace support roles, ideally in an international environment.
• You have a service oriented mindset and enjoy working in a team where communication and collaboration are essential for successful daily operations.
• You are comfortable working with structured processes, ticketing systems, and ITSM based workflows.
• You have solid technical knowledge of modern workplace environments, including Windows and macOS, Google Workspace, Okta, Omnissa Workspace ONE, Slack, Notion, and common endpoint management tools.
• You work in a calm, focused, and solution oriented manner, even when multiple topics are handled in parallel.
• You are reliable, precise, and take responsibility for your daily tasks.
